02 problem

Not received a text since Friday, have sent some tester texts and know people have been trying to text me but not receiving any.

Last Monday / Tuesday I got about 15 texts one after the other that had accumulated for a few days.

Can still send texts ok and make calls ok.

ANyone else having trouble getting texts on o2?

Had this problem a few times, have you removed your sim, cleaned it and put it back in ??

Only other solutionis to ring them up and they will manually release the texts from their system as they can see them built up

yeah I've tried that, also tried a new sim which I had lying around got them to activate it (a 3G one) and still not getting texts.

I'm inclined to think my phone is fooked lol

i'm gonna call some mates see if I can borrow an old phone, fecking typical eh just sold my old phone lol.

Don't wanna be without a phone this time of year, got lots of drinking and a holiday to plan in the next week.

I would ring them up first ask them if they can see them stuck in their system if they are there its not the phone its the network I have had this problem before and the technical support team sorted it for me

Defo think its the phone, will try my sim in another phone and then know for sure.

My phones got issues at the mo so o2 are going to replace it anyway due to it being pretty new.

i had this problem, got a new phone and that sorted it out.

aye its definitely the phone borrowed a v3 razr till i get my replacement K800.

well there was a issue with one fone carnt remember which , and o2 discovered it had text issues but only on there network , same fone works fine on other networks though. but 02 never told the customers they`d sold it to
