As said, you cant compare the 1.6 to a 182 kick wise. lol. Of course your not going to feel any kick after being in one. lol. Well for everyday driving i have no complaints about the power of the 1.6. Never been in any situations where ive felt its underpowered. Over taking in the 1.2 was not to be taken lightly, is seriously dodgy. But the 1.6 pulls past cars nicely, and noticed it on motorway driving to. Fair enough its not a 106 Gti or a Vts, but then its not insurance group 13 or a "hot hatch". For what it is i feel its a very capable car and i love it.
