1.2 16V D4F Crank pulley removal??

How is the crank pulley removed? not the wheel for the alternator but the actual bottom pulley for the timing belt. The Woodfuff key is missing :S and its caused the bolt to come out the aux belt to come off and the engine to lose timing :dapprove: But a bit of luck the valves and pistons are ok :D

  DON'T SEND ME PM'S!!
it's not unheard of for the woodruff key to shear on these, especially if the bolt hasn't bee torqued correctly. The pulleys normally move very easily. You're probably going to need some sort of hub puller

Aah thanks. I tried to prise it off with a screw driver behind it and it moved like a mm so was wondering if I was doing it right or not will get a hub puller today
