1.2 boot wont open

ive got a clio 1.2 55 reg

the boot wont open from the key fob and i have to open from inside

any ideas how to get the botton im the middle of the badge to work

it acts as im it is still locked when car is open

does the solenoid work and as for how does it work i dunno is a air line on it thats what i has to fix on mine and it worked

i can open the boot from the inside
the button in the center of the badge does not unlock
i dont know what size torx it is to undo the panel

i have taken panel off and had a look dont really know what to look for

i have replaced fuse still no look

when i press key both doors unlock but not the boot

do you get a squeeking sound from the solenoid if not it could be that
