1.2 clio mk3 swap f4rt 225

Hi guys.
I need some advices and knowledge
So i have a mk3 1.2 16v clio and also have a rugged megane 225 for parts.
I love the clio and i'm planning swap megane engine for clio.
The work will be done by me and some friends, but if you need the car goes to the workshop.
It is a difficult and impossible conversion or do-well?
What do you think?

If you was genuinely serious about doing this would you really be asking, is it hard? Surely you already know if its hard to do before you decide whether your actually serious about attempting it?

I'm asking because if a swap Easy and common do it with some friends.
But if it is something more difficult to do take the car to a mechanic...
There are many 197 and 200 clios that make this swap, a mk3 clio 1.2 will need the engine mounts right?

Once i have the 2 cars i have nothing to lose.
