1*2 ECU Unlocking

Hi,

Does anyone know or have any recommendations of who is able to unlock an identical part number ECU to swap into a 182? As in buy an identical one on eBay or from a breaker to be able to plug it into the car and have it just work, or does it need coding for the immobiliser once an unlocked ECU has been swapped in. I assume it's not something CLiP or an RSTuner can do.
Ideally to post off and be done without the car.
