I'd be doing it every 72k though really. Not for any real reason, just because it's cheap and easy to do.

Id it 12 months ago and something like 5-6k miles in that time. I think i'm good for a while then, just a messy job that I can do without doing in this weather

I like to do mine every year but doing so has done me no favours as my gearbox still whines when rolling down a hill in gear with clutch up. Its deffo the box because I did clutch and bearing last week.

Only on 85k too, shocking tbh, I can only assume that the previous owner ragged the tits off it because I've treat it like a princess Lol.
