Hey all, cool forum you all have!!

Has anyone tried to put NOS in a 1.2 Clio?

I am abit of a nut with cars, and i just recently bought a 1.2 Clio Dymanic 02, but i need more power! yes i know i can go guy a 172 or what ever. But 1.2 are far to cool to be replaced with a silly little 172 ect

So has anyone put a NOS kit in a clio? or tried? or just think its stupid lol

Not stupid at all. One guy put a 2.0 Cup engine in his 1.2 and then NOS!

and fred is in the middle of putting a tuned vel satis turbo lump in his 1.2

1 lad on RSC spent about £1200 on direct port nos for his 1.2 16V

do it if you can afford the refills!!!!



I need to borrow a nitro kit at some point, gonna put a 100bhp jet on down the 1/4 (just for a laugh!!) see if i can blow the engine!!

Me and one of my mates put NOS on a 1.4 a few years ago, drilled out the jets as the standard 35bhp oness werent enough and viola wheel spinning off the throttle in third and melted piston rings in about 500 miles*! Things you do when youre young! lol

*We took the kit off and he got the engine replaced on warranty! lol
