1.2 Spark Plugs?

Hi,
Which spark plugs do I need for my 1.2? Like, what size, pole, alt/rec?
Bosch or NGK?
Theres about 7 different types on EuroCarParts and I'm confused.

Also, how do I go about fitting 'em?

depends if youve got an 8v or 16v engine

iv heard ngk plugs dont get on with the 16v engines

the haynes manual says Bosch VR 8 SE
