1.2 TCE exhaust



  black 3 door clio 1.2 16v
better off going with a custom made 2.5 inch stainless steel system. from the turbo downpipe back. should be looking at around ten bhp with a decat and more if u do all ur mods before you have a remap

Would trust K-Tech by the way, thier dump valve advertised for Clio tce is actually for the Twingo TCE and doesnt do the job properly, better off with forge.

Our dump valve kit will fit both the Twingo GT and Clio TCE. We now supply the kit with a set of 3 different springs so the valve can be tailored to you car as for some reason the TCE fitment requires a softer spring in order to make more of a noise, hence the extra springs in the new kit. ;)

ive got a 2.25 powerflow cat back on it at the moment, looking for a decat manifold though as thats where the cat iss.. might have to end up making one!

Went down to KTEC and they gave me 130BHP with a balls load of torque so it pulls like a train lower revs. Plenty of 1st gear wheel spin which is fun to impress your mates (if your in to that) without dropping the clutch at all.

I've already spoken to KTEC about a larger turbo as the original dies out about 4.5KRPM so if you are racing it, it does not pull as torquey as it does lower down. If your in to this, fit a K03s or a TD04 to the car and take it back down to KTEC and they will even out that torque line for you. Turbo conversion will be about £500 including the cost of a 2nd hand K03s. You should be looking at 170BHP tops with the K03s but I would personally restrict it to 150-155 and the torque around 155 foot pounds as that's more than enough for the 1.1 engine. If you do all that however, expect your car not to make it to 40k miles.

Opinions are opinions but the map is a great drive to play with and I am happy as a customer of them.

Also, if you are interested in a map, don't forget to make sure you have 99 Octane in the car during map. I made the mistake of not doing this and lost out a mere 5BHP, not a big loss but it would have been nice to get all I could have gotten out of the car.

I had the same issue with Longlife as they need the Flanges for the turbo. Best bet is to purchase a pre-setup decat from KTEC or another company and take it down there for fitting.
