1.2 Write off?

Was involved in a crash last night, not my fault before you ask. Somebody pulled out on me
Unsure as wether this will be a write off or not?

I had something similar to that, i thought it was a write off, but fixed it fine.
Though u'd need to get another RS grille!

Radiator is bent/mashed, Aswell as metal frame that holds it inplace.

Courtesy car is on its way, A local garage in St John's Worcester called "Impact" are doing the work. I don't know if anyone has any experience with them. Direct Line are dealing with it whats peoples experience with them?
