Is the 1.4 RT energy engine an 8 valve?

I have a 2000 clio 1.4 alize and need to torque the head. it is the clio 2 pre face lift 8 valve. please help

be careful, there's more than 1 1.4 8v engine, and they're not the same headbolt torques. Get an engine code. It's probably an E7J, but you need to look on the block to make sure
