1.5 dci headbolts

any advice???

i've had the heads snap off before, just above the washer. Used a die grinder to flat the surface off so it could be drilled, then took hours of drilling I feel for you.

Was one of them the front left one that's in a really awkward recess?

luckily that one came out.

i have had to drill two on a 1.9 laguna before

h'actually cried when 4 snapped.

also impressed at snapped cam clamps (snapped timing belt), hope cam is still straight.
