1.8 16v Chip

  1995 Renault Clio 1.8 16v
glad someone mentioned this, i almost bought it! was dubious though!
Also, is it true that a de-cat pipe for a 1.8 16v is the same as a 1.2? i missed an auction, so i emailed and the person selling them told me its identical to the 1.2/1.4/1.8 decat pipe

If you want a de-cat i do them for £35 delivered brand new for all the MK1 clios.

De-cat for valvers is around 10mm shorter, most places do one de-cat for both, whats 5mm in an exhaust system....nothing lol

Only williams is massivly different.

DISCLAIMER: I cannot do de-cats for ANY mk2 clio, so please please don't fill my pm inbox up again wiht people asking if i can do them

Back to the question tho, i woudln't have it, for starters the cup racers rev to some stupidly hihgh figure, tehre will be no point on a std engine as peak power wil be just under the existing limiter, and if you rev a std engine that high its likley to blow up, as cup race engines are blueprinted
