1 last Airbag ecu Question :) - What diag machine can remove airbag system frm UCH

Increasingly desperate as MOT looms & airbag fixes continue to fall short. Cars airbag systems already a mess caus it was bought v cheap & stripped out so no real idea what they did to system.. Anyone know what machine will remove the airbag system from the cars UCH? Its a 172 Ph2 2001. Will buy 1 & sell it on if I can narrow down what i need, any1 in edinburgh area can get a shot of it 1st if I do
