10 sub hole - how big

anyone know in mm how big i would need to cut a hole for a 10" sub - is the 10" around the edge or just the cone? (iv not got one handy to measure).

think it needs to be a 274mm hole.

well 10" would be 250mm, best to just measure the sub, cut a 230mm hole or sommet, you can always enlarge it if its too big.

In my experience they telly ou all the info you need in wiht the instructions
