12,000 mile service?

when does the service light come up to notify me when to get this done? as my car has done just over 12.5k on a 05plate 182

There is no service light.

Services are 12K or 2 years on the 182. Think you get a few hundred miles tolerance so you may be ok if you get it done asap.

The service light only comes on when there is a problem with the car .It doesn't actually man that its due a service .

o.k thanks for the enlightment,will have to goto me local renault garage tomorrow and book a 12k service,will renault get funny then as my car has passed the 12k mark?
