15 alloy offset for dynamique

got my eye on some 15" alloys, but..........the offset if et35. Fred says the standard alloys are et 47 (i think), now as these are direct replacements, what difference are we talking here? I know its said to have et37 with 17s, what will the et35 on a 15" be like??? 7 x 15", pcd 4 x 100

come on someone must know what changin the offset will do! cant work out why, if standard they are et 47, why go to et 37 for a 17"?? is an ET 35 just gonna stick out more than the std wheels? surely gonna mess up the steering geometry?

ET35 will be fine as long as you dont lower it too much, i.e 80mm.

It will change geometry, you wouldnt notice it anymore than people with ET37 wheels. Would you consider swapping your wheels for mine?

well, as ya know Rob, its 40mm at moment, wouldnt go any more than 60 - if i even went that (might have to if im stickin to 15s) As for swapping, dynamiques for cups? I have 4 toyo proxes on mine, all great tread, no kerbing at all, one slight scratch about 8mm long on one of the rear spokes, how much wud u be looking for the cup wheels?? and whats the rubber like??? tyre makes, kerbing etc? Would definately consider

Theyre Contis (as fitted on a cup), fronts havent got loads of tread but the rears are fine. And its a set of 5, with the 5th having an almost new tyre. They also are supersealed (absorbs punctures). Two are kerbed..but not really badly. I wont pretend theyre a great set but they are a lot of money new!

Id take your wheels/tyres and £200?

cheers Rob, but im a right fussy bugger lol - my wheels aint got n e kerb marks so wouldnt wanna change them for some that had em - not meaning to sounds abrupt tho lol!! You gonna make it to the french car show?? Be good to see your car now its lowered etc, only seen it once, at trax.

But like i said to Fred, dont park next to me or ill be pissed off all day at how high my car looks haha

hey rob me torras are et 35 never had any probs with mine,and theyre 16" 35mm drop hope theyre ok when i dump it 50mm should be whats 2mm between friends!!!!
