M markhinton Titanium 182 Nov 16, 2011 #2 15's generally offer a lighter wheel, and much cheaper tyres. 16's for looks (subject to opinion), and expensive tyres. If you get the right profile tyres you will notice no difference in the rolling radius. 45's on 16's, 50's on 15's.

dmallett flame-shed. Nov 16, 2011 #6 Cheaper tyres with 15s, and lighter as already said. I found going from 16's to 15's i had to lower the car more for it to look right. I genereally prefer 15's.
