15s or 16s

I'm wanting to upgrade my standard 182 alloys in the next few months. Which alloy size would be best for a daily?

Daily.... 16s:up:

Main advantage to switching to 15s is for cheaper tyres for track days but being a daily I doubt you'll be going through sets of tyres like no tomorrow so it'll not be a massive benefit to you.

15s (i.e Speedline 2118s) can/do look amazing on daily Clios but to pull them off it needs to be low(ish).. If it's on standard suspension (not sure what you've got fitted?) it can look like a shopping trolley

Try flicking through some project threads/media section to see what you prefer.

I'm going from 16's to 15's, not sure if it's the colour that makes them look bigger but my Silver TD Pro Race 1.2's look a touch too big on my 182 IMO.

16's do look best in my opinion, although going to 15's gives you a chance to fit higher profile tyres, either semi slicks (unlikely on a daily), or if they are normal tyres, it reduces the road noise to some extent.

I've got standard set up at the mo, I have some Ebiach lowering springs to fit and I e got my eye out for a set of turinis
