16 valve 55mm drop

which springs are best when going for a 55mm drop on a clio with 16s, and is it wise fitting new dampers with this type of drop.

Ive got PI lowering springs on my motor, -60mm drop. I used the old dampers for a while, then I got a Koni set up and kept the springs.
