16v radiator bleeding

how do u bleed your cooling sytem on a 1.8 16v engine the engine get extremely hot i dont think the water is circulating properly.

There is a plastic bleed screw on the top left of the rad.

Undo it and put in coolant into the header tank until it come out of the hole.

is the bottom hose on the radiator of a valver on the drivers or passemgers side ?
