how badly do they affect ride and handling?

Id put 16s on...thats what im going to go for on mine. Ive got 17s on my 1.4 and the ride is pretty harsh. It shouldnt rub, Ive dropped mine 40mm+ and it is fine!

i havent really noticed much ride difference with teh 17s on mine, but will agree with the tramlining a bit.

bit more skittish on ineven roads.

but they look nice so hey...

Depends on the ET of the wheel ,mines are ET40 on sportlines with no rubbing

OZs are 37, mind they only rubbed on full lock and when I was going up my drive.

I wouldnt get 17s again. Look good but ruins acceleration.
