172 airbox fitted to a 1.2 16v

With an adaptor plate, will the airbox & hoses fit into a 1.2 16v MK2 PH2?

nothing you do to that engine will make any improvements if i'm honest, you'll spend a fortune and maybe get 10bhp at a push

Just get an induction kit if all you want is noise, that's all you can get really.

Then get a decatted exhaust, then you're onto a winner.
