172 Alarm Question

Am I right in thinking the alarm on the 172 is made by cobra and is cat 1. If so does anyone know if you can add options onto it like an exterior sensor, remote start, total closure or anything like that or am I better getting a new alarm??

You need a new alarm buy your right it is a Cat 1 cobra.
The stock ones fine IMO no need to upgrade better go with other devices to stop people stealing the car.

Yep it is cat 1 and I think it is made by cobra but AFAIK you can't add to it, might be wrong, FYI it's retro fitted at the import centre.
