172 central locking

Hi,

ive just recently bought a phase 1 172, and key fob doesnt work having investigated it ive found that the little microswitch inside has come loose from the circuit board, this im not to bothered about. but on the other hand when locking the doors and boot the central locking doesnt work but if i press the locking button on the central console it works :dapprove:

can anyone point me in the right direction,

sounds like a key fob problem try repairing or searching for a company that repairs key fobs and get that button put back on as thats why u have no central locking by the key because that button is not attached to the circuit board in ur key fob
