172 cup lamber sensor (after cat)

The engine management light came on the other day and turns out it's the lamber sensor ( after the cat) they wanted £190 to replace it witch I thought was a little steep! Is it safe to drive for a couple Of days till I can look around on prices! ?

If anyone could post me a link for cheaper sensors that be great! Thanks

Should be able to get one for around £50. Driving with dead post cat lambda is fine.

euro car parts ... only get the bosch one.. £61.99p.. car is ok to drive,just uses more fuel..if you cant fit it your self..pop in a garage,only a 10 minute job..

£190! Does that include a new cat.... Ripping you off mate. About £70 ish for a Bosch one from ecp or gsf. Easy to swap out too. Not really a garage job unless your a complete numpty.

Post cat doesn't affect the fueling, that's the pre cat lambda.
