Could you tell me what revs your car holds when you cruise at 90mph in 4th and 5th gear? Think I have some gear ratio problems!

its a close ratio gearbox so will be a bit higher than normal. i think 80mph in 5th is around 3750rpm

not sure about cruising at 80 but my ratios are - 1st 38ish - 2nd 62 - 3rd 90 - 4th 110 - 5th 142

yeah there or thereabouts i normally change at 7k if you run to 7200 you will obviously get slightly more out of each gear

1st 38ish - 2nd 62 - 3rd 90 - 4th 110 - 5th 142

62 sounds about right to me... possibly a few mph less, but definitely around the 60 mark
