172 cup run in

can someone tell me how many miles for a "proper" run in on the engine coz i dont wanna brake it.

I have been thinking about this and as far as I can see that is the generic clio book that says that and it doesnt differentiate between different engine sizes and I am sure that it cant be the same for a 1.2 as it is a for the 2L? I think the 2L should be something more like 4.5k as its a much more rev happy engine. I could be wrong but that is my opinion.

the clio one says under 3.5k revs and not exceeding 80mph in 5th gear for first 625/650 miles
