ok so quick one but i was cheacking my oil today lifted up the filler cap no problems no "mayo/yellow gunk", I then checked my dipstick to see the oil level, thats fine no problems there but it has a small amount of "mayo/yello gunk" on it. Im not losing any oil at all in the engine, no smoke from the exhaust (white/blue nothing) and my collant is fine.
I only do short distances im talking 2-4 miles a day (to pick up my son on a thursday) and take it out on a tuesday night for a blast for 30mins tops. so what do you think Head gasket or just a bit of a mixture of short trips not doing it any good and need to clear its cobwebs so to speak?
how much is a HG change at the moment as well?
