172 hesitation

Right guys and girls I need some help with a strange misfire on my 172.

Basically it's missing/hesitating between 1500/2000rpm in 3rd 4th and 5th gears once it coughs through it she revs up fine. I tried to get a video but my phones pants. It's getting progressively worse had it in 2nd gear today on occasion

Has anyone had a similar issue? It doesn't flag a management light and there is no stored codes

Any advise is appreciated

Have you checked plugs , leads, etc mate ?

Not yet not had chance to check anything yet. I have a second car so might swap over leads and coil and pop in some new sparkies
