172 Import Warranty - Please Help!!

I have got some pretty major problems with my import 172 that need to be sorted out, problem is that i havent sorted out my warranty yet and next month the car is one year old. I have tried searching the posts (because i know this has been asked many times before) but can someone who has already done this please tell me!!

What do I need to send off? Which docs?

To where?

How long i can expect to wait for confirmation.

PLEASE, PLEASE help!! (PS i think this should be one of the sites guides).

The dealer wont ask for any proof of warranty as it is still under one year old, but to get your extension to 3 years,

Send copys of, Your receipt for the car, v5 doc, household bill with your name and address and the stamp in the service history book when the car was handed over, they will also accept the first service stamp, but its got to be from a Renault dealer. Post to
