whats the voltage range on these?

iv got readings here from mine but for the life of me i cant find out what they should be- .

0.2-.0.8v ? i think is correct

mines fluctuating between 0.0-0.8v but also.seems slow

0 to 1 volt and should move rapidly up and down , yours sounds worn out as they shouldn't be slow
