172 miss fire?

My 172 is being a b*tch. While setting off from standing the engine keeps miss firing, just once or maybe twice then it runs clean. The same thing happens when you floor the throttle at low revs (less than 2k) a quick miss then all is ok. It used to do it once a blue moon but as late its all the time. As is to be expected Renault haven't got a clue (no fault code) so any ideas?

I had mis firing on mine turned out to be spark plugs

Check your MAP sensor top left of the engine to ensure there is a good connection

I've tried the old Optimax, made no difference, new plugs - the same. I'll have a look at the map sensor, i take it its easy to spot?
