172 ph 1 no idle

Hi guys
I’ve just got my 2000 Clio 172 phase 1 back on the road after sitting for 16 years I have 1 problem it will start and tick over no problem but as soon as you drive it has no idle at all any help would be appreciated

As in cuts out? Could be the idle valve sticking, so I'd start by removing and cleaning that. It sits on the back of the inlet manifold near the throttle body
