172 rear disc help

hi all

i have just purchased some front and rear grooved discs for my 172 (52)
the rear discs do not come with the bearings or abs rings pressed into them do you think i will be able to reuse the old bearings?
how easy will it be to get the old ones out?
should they just slide out? dont want to start dismantling anything until i know i have all the right stuff

can anyone help

You'll need to the barings pressed

Generaly its easier just to buy discs with the barings already pressed in them but if you're bought aftermarket discs which if the rears are grooved it sounds like you have they're unlikely to give you the option of barings.

Standard rear discs with barings are approx £70 each

You need new bearings! But you can use the ABS rings if you heat them up.
