172 Service advice?

Hi. My ph1 172 is feeling tired and i booked it in for a service in manc city centre near where i work. I seen the garage b4 and it seems pretty sound.
He quoted me £105 for a service and £50 to change the front pads.
Is this OK? what should i expect for this and considering my last service was at 85k and its now on 99k?

if its just going to be the basics like oil change, spark plugs ect then they cant go wrong.
if you`ve never used them before just make sure the correct stuff is going in thats why i use clio sport specialists as they know what parts should and shouldnt be used

but i thought plugs lasted 36000 on these? i had em done at 76k.
car just feels a little 'loose' and tired so hopefully shud feel rejuvenated a little after it im hoping.

Change the pads yourself do a search for the guide.

if it feels tired etc thats not going to sort it out. Renewing suspension components and engine mounts usually make it feel tighter.

defo needs a mount or bush replacin anyway. slight knock when set off.
