172 Shut Down by Itself!! Crazy Revs!!

Hi guys, i have now a 172 Clio, but i have a problem.

When i get in neutral, many times revs goes crazy, up and down by itself and sometimes suddenly shuts down the car...... vibrates a lot in Neutral!! Even when i press accel sometimes do not respond as normal.

I recently changed the Flywheel Sensor, New Spark plugs, new oil and oil filter,air filter, and gas filter. What could be the problem!!!???

Did you replace the O-ring between the plenum and the cam cover oil breather when you replaced the plugs?

Hmm, i guess not, have a pic of the part?

Don't think I do, it is quite obvious when you pull the plenum off. It's a grey oval rubber o-ring.
