Hi,

Should i be able to see the water flowing through the water tank?

Yesterday from cold i decided to take off the water tank cap and put my finger inside where the hole is where the pipe attaches too and i could not feel any water coming from here

Does that mean is fooked?

No.

Its not up to temp so the thermostat is closed.
