18" x 8 et 30 measurements??

Looking at wheels for my maxi.
Thinking of TD pro race 1.2 18x8 et30.
Does anyone know what the measurements would be from hub face to outer rim and hub face to inner rim??

So zero offset would be 4" (101.6mm) to each face.
+30mm offset means it'd be 131.6mm (101.6+30) from hub face to inner lip & 71.6mm (101.6-30) to outer lip. As with tyre sizes (where for example a Pirelli 205/45/16 can be 10mm wider than a 205/45/16 Michelin) I suspect there's a fairly big error margin between brands.
