Don't think that's real. No way would Nintendo heat-shrink wrap a box like that...what purpose would it serve? He's done that just to make it look genuine...which it's not IMO.
If he's a seller of consoles as he says, he's boxed one that he's found in incredibly good nick and tried to make it look as brand spanking new as possible by chucking it through a shrink-wrapper.

If it is brand new and sealed like he says you'd have to smile if it was dead from the start, don't think theres much chance of a warrenty replacement these days lol
I sent him a question asking why it would be sealed as no manufacturer would do that - he sent a quite frankly bullsh*t response, it's a wind up, it's not genuine.
