182 alloy wheel

Hi all,

I was washing my car today at the jet wash when I noticed that the paint off my center cap had come off, Would i be able to buy one of these? Or could i just paint it, has this happened to anyone else?

I have the standard alloy wheels on my 182 (silver ones)
