182 clunking....

When i pull away, not all the time and its not when i pull away hard either. Sometimes can just make a funny clunk feel. Random as it dont do it all the time.
Anyone else has this problem? Could it be sorted under warranty?

check all your wheel nuts ... 1 of them might be even slightly loose.

possibly shock absorbers, check your rears for leaks..
or possibly the abs self check system..

Uh oh good old reliable renault again..

2 choices..

1. Ignore it
2. Spend many hours sat in renault garage at servicing desk asking for warranty claim on the car with many a endless no fault found days..

Id check wheel nuts, check engine mounts are central, and leave it be.

I had a front shock catching the arch or something causing my clunk, that was miles and miles ago. I ignored it..

I had/have this. It comes from the front driverside shock. Renault apparently 'modified' it which was cool for the first day but its come back now. I just ignore mine now!

mine makes a harsh clunckin noise when u pull away hard but it is due a service. and when i get it back i am going to tell them they have fu*ked it. as we all know they rant the s**t out of our poor lil clios!!

i just wanted to get it sorted before i fit my h & r's but if it isn't likely to be sorted i will just leave it and ignore it.
