182 head bolt torques

Hi guys
Flicking through and i keeo finding contrasting comments on the torque spec fornhead bolts on a clio 182.
Has anybody got an up to date definitive answer,

20Nm and then leave it for half an hour.

Check again at 20Nm to make sure, the gasket should have settled a bit.

180° will be fine if you haven't got an angle gauge.

Would it be any different if using ARP assembly lube on the bottom of the head cap and thread?

No and not somthing that needs doing if using new bolts.

If it's used then yes but new no need as will have a coating.
