182 High Level Brake Light

Hi

I have a 182 full fat and the high level brake light needs replacing.

Is this the right one? I understand there is more than one light depending on which spoiler you have.

I always thought they were black tinted like below?

Yeah that's not the correct one for a full fat (cup spoiler)...

I think the options these days are:

• Try to replace the internals within the original plastic casing (I think a company (JMRS?) make a LED replacement board).
• A company was making a remake but seems to be "Sold Out".
• Wait for a NOS part (very unlikey).

Or last MOT I went with the tape over the brake light option.

This car has been a money pit since day one. Still love it though!
