182 interior door handles cracked

Can anyone tell me what model other than a 182 has the grey plastic backings to the door handles? I need to replace one on my sisters car as its cracked but can only seem to find black ones not the grey a 182 has.

The Clio II 98 has Grey interior door handles as i have the 1.4 RT model i would know and have found it hard to replace them go to a reclemet yard or Scrappy pick em up cheap too. this any help ?
