182 Power loss?

Hi guys

When I start to drive my 182 every other day it feels lumpy and won't let me rev past 2.5k! But when it's been running for 15/20 mins it goes ok

Is this normal or is somthing wrong?

Car is standard with no mods

just the engine taking its time to heat up. DONT rag it when its like this. Does the gears also feel a bit ''clunky'' / stiff?

The engine managment light has come on aswell

It should still let you go above 2.5k even if it's stone cold.
If the engine management light is on it could be in "limp home" mode ?

I have had it diganostic checked and it said somthing about the lambers but I'm not convinced it's them

Which one is it most likley to be though?
