182 rear dampers

Can anyone tell me, or point me in the right direction, what are the torque settings used on the bolt/nut on the rear dampers. Also is the job as easy as it looks?

It's very easy, 10 mins a side to change.
As for torque settings, I don't think there is one. I just do them FT
