182 rear exhaust hangers. Pics please

  CBR1000RR Fireblade
I have recently bought a 182 and it came with a powerflow exhaust on. The exhaust is very poor and I'm changing it for a rs 192 when it comes sometime this week

I have had a look at replacing the exhaust hangers while im changing the exhaust and my rear exhaust hangers are a different shape to the replacement hangers the likes of k tec are selling.

I'm concerned that the custom exhaust place has altered the hangers and my scorpion won't fit properly.

If anyone has any pictures of your rear exhaust hangers can you post them please.

Thanks

Anyone?

Will the k tec rear exhaust hangers fit my 182?

I hope the custom exhaust place hasn't welded different hangers on the rear.

I'll take some pics when I get back home. The hangers I have look nothing like the replacement hangers everyone else is selling.

The brackets are triangular shape and are bolted on by 4 bolts. The triangular rubber hangers sit in the triangular bracket. Sorry, no pictures but are these hangers Standard on a 182?

Nope sound like something the exhaust place made up themselves as Std hangers are held on by 3 bolts

Oh s**t. I was told by the previous owner that the e heist was made to fit the car. I guess not. Power flow must have altered the hangers. Ffs

As in do they bolt straight to the bottom of the car or is there some sort of bracket that they bolt to like what is on my car ATM?

The pic posted by sbv116 just turn those upSide down then bolt directly to under the car.

Ok thank you mate. I have 2 large triangular metal brackets bolted in instead. Then the rubber hangers bolt into the triangular brackets if that makes sense. I have now ordered 2 new hangers front the link posted. When they arrive I will remove what is currently on the car and hopefully the new replacements will just bolt straight into position. If they don't then I thing some welding will have to be involved.

You should be fine... I very much doubt powerflow will have butchered the underside of the car so the original mounting points should still be there.
