182-rear wash jet not working?

collected my new 182 saturday,and the wash jet worked at 1st,but tried it later and didnt work?!? what could the cause be?

I think It's just a single wire linking up to the jet wash system - perhaps you could check the connection by taking the said area apart. Also - have you checked the water - I get the impression on here that nobody would be surprised if Renault hadn't put any water in the reservoir lol. Other than that, definately nothing 'clogging' the water hole?

does the water reservoir operate on one bottle like or two seperate? will check to see if the jet aint blocked.

Just the one, so if your front ones work then theres a problem with the rear, im guessing anyway

someone may have put to much screenwash in and it blocks it up. empty the tank my running out the water and flush it a couple of tanks ofclean fresh water untill it unblocks. then top it up with the correct mix of screenwash.

Could you explain where it'd gone wrong, my Mk1's rear washer's doing nothing at the moment. Cheers.

I had to take my spoiler off and re conect the pipe on mine, as it has come off at some point! The water used to just dribble round the spoiler instead!
